Two years removed from winning the NBA Championship, the Boston Celtics look to add another title to an already impressive resume. Last year the Celtics were shot out of the playoffs in game 7by a red hot Orlando Magic team, whom ultimately won the eastern conference. With the addition of forward Rasheed Wallace and utility player Marquis Daniels, the Celtics have plenty of reasons to be excited about the upcoming season. Head Coach Doc Rivers may have the most complete team he has ever coached with already having the big three in: Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, and Paul Pierce. However, it might not be long till they become the big four with the emergence of Rajon Rondo. Rondo was superb in the playoffs after a solid season leading the Celtics to another Atlantic Division championship. The only player of significant loss would be Stephon Marbury, who did not really do much in his short stint as a Celtic. The Celtics open up the preseason on the road as they travel to Hidalgo, Texas to take on the Houston Rockets.
